I am unable to continue to fill out my Medium Partner Program form. My country is not on the list of countries that have a tax treaty with the USA.

Although there is s a provision that I should continue to the next level in filling out the form the platform was not allowing me to proceed further.

That is where I am right now.

I hope that I will be allowed to continue from where I stopped today some other time.
